My journey began as an engineer who loved building things and learned to lead without formal authority. Over time, I moved into leadership and my journey led me to become the Head of Engineering at a startup, where I scaled and led a global engineering organization and launched flagship products. I took my love of making teams and organizations successful and honed it into a coaching practice.
I've spent decades working across enterprise environments, mid-size companies, and scrappy startups. This breadth of experience has given me both the situational awareness and deep expertise needed to navigate organizational and business transformations, manage rapid growth and change, and develop strong, capable leaders.
